Kids 1 and 2 are way too young for this yet - and don't have any screen time anyhow - but I am saving it for the future!Guajolotehttp://guajolotitos.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8654887465201994138.post-91049358936467416802014-06-29T14:10:50.454-05:002014-06-29T14:10:50.454-05:00Hm. Owen might be a little young for it yet but I am filing that away as something to try.

Additionally, this inspired me to make my kids "write letters" (aka scribble on paper) to their grandparents today. "Writing", addressing, and the walk to the post office took a good hour of time. Not bad...
-LisaLisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06351940065850639770noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8654887465201994138.post-28058434428859712722014-06-23T20:47:17.990-05:002014-06-23T20:47:17.990-05:00Yes, I'm thinking this will be strictly a summ...Yes, I'm thinking this will be strictly a summer thing. I have a feeling its appeal will wane by the end of August. But then they should be excited to break out the marble jars again next June!Korinthiahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15580286551375780490noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8654887465201994138.post-49840298746981250072014-06-23T20:45:25.547-05:002014-06-23T20:45:25.547-05:00I think the thing I liked best about Kristen's...I think the thing I liked best about Kristen's article was how flexible she was. She stated what works for her, and left room for people to customize for their own families. Cookie cutter advice and absolutes rub me the wrong way, but her suggestions are always so sensible.Korinthiahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15580286551375780490noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8654887465201994138.post-53573486332361511932014-06-23T08:55:43.858-05:002014-06-23T08:55:43.858-05:00Sounds awesome! Kristen told me that she also uses each marble for a quarter (she gives out more at a time) so if they want an ice pop or something they can use it for that too.Mom101https://www.blogger.com/profile/15468524489744839899noreply@blogger.com
